Austin, Texas-Based Business Leader Spencer Carlton

Spencer Carlton earned a bachelor of business administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Since 2004, he has served as president of LUSA Holdings, a firm that guides clients through the process of early stage commercialization. Operating 10 companies in eight states, LUSA Holdings has achieved significant organic growth. Spencer Carlton concurrently serves as president and key operations leader of the business consulting and financial services firm Carlton & Associates, LLC.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Carlton spent several years as the director of sales and marketing at Hydrolab, which was sold to Danaher in 2003. During his tenure with the company, he supported the sale and marketing of multiparameter water-quality instruments to clients including environmental engineers, scientific consultants, and academic communities worldwide.

Outside of work, Spencer Carlton pursues a diverse range of hobbies, including hunting, fishing, and listening to music. He also enjoys spending time with his family and attending Texas Longhorns athletic events.
